BSG through Key Announces the acquisition of SG Software (Solutions de Gestion de Software S.L.), official distributor of Wolters Kluwer in Almería with more than 25 years of experience in business management software.

The operation includes a team of 87 professionals serving more than 4,000 customers from four offices, strengthening Clavei's position in the management software market in southeastern Spain.

SG Software brings technical expertise in solutions for companies across multiple sectors, complementing Clavei's offering with additional capabilities in accounting, taxation, and HR management.

This acquisition consolidates BSG’s strategy of scaling its Clavei platform by acquiring leading distributors with a consolidated position in their regional markets.
