Sissi is a Performance Manager in the Operations team at BSG, aligning strategic objectives with daily operations to drive value creation and organizational growth.

Before BSG, he worked in the Strategy and Consulting division of Accenture In the Netherlands, he developed projects for large global companies. He also worked at the excellence center of a global consumer goods company, leading process optimization initiatives.

Originally from Mexico, she built most of her professional career in the Netherlands working with multinational corporations on operational efficiency and long-term value creation.

He voluntarily collaborates pro bono with the Jane Goodall Institute, By supporting reforestation and habitat restoration initiatives in Uganda.
