Before joining BSG, Diogo developed a solid career at three major audit and consulting firms: Deloitte, PwC and KPMG. This training at the Big Four provided him with exceptional analytical rigor, a cross-sectoral view of industries and businesses, and the ability to manage highly complex transactions with precision and efficiency.
His experience encompasses financial and business due diligence, company valuation, structuring corporate transactions, and negotiation with founders and advisors.
At BSG, we apply this knowledge to accelerate the group’s acquisition pipeline and ensure excellence in every operation.
Diogo also brings a unique Iberian perspective to the team, with deep knowledge of the vertical software market in Spain and Portugal, which is crucial for the group’s expansion in the Iberian region.
Training: Degree in Finance and Accounting · Experience in M&A transactions in the technology, industrial and service sectors.
