Clavei grows in the business management software market with the purchase of Soluciones de Gestión de Software S.L., official distributor of Wolters Kluwer in Almería.
Clavei continues to take steps in its inorganic growth plan with the acquisition of SG Software, Partner Associate Plus of Wolters Kluwer, whose activity focuses on offering comprehensive management solutions for professional offices and companies in Almería.
This acquisition means creating the firm’s largest partner in the southeast area by turnover and managed portfolio, thus providing the group with the largest team of specialists in Wolters Kluwer solutions with more than 25 years of experience in the implementation service of its solutions, installation, training and subsequent support with its specialized after-sales support.
With this new purchase, the company strengthens its leadership in the national software market with 4 branches in Albacete, Almería, Elche and Murcia, a portfolio of more than 4,000 clients and a team of 87 professionals.
