BSG's first major operation: the consolidation of Clave Informática y Clavei CST under the umbrella of Business Software Group, marking the start of the national consolidation strategy for business management software.

The reorganization includes more than 60 professionals which serve approximately 2,000 customers in the Spanish Levante region, with plans to expand the geographical coverage to the entire national market.

The founding team includes the expansion director Eloy Montaña and the cofounders Joaquín Garrido y Vicente Ballester, who lead the transformation of regional companies into a competitive national platform.

This foundational operation lays the foundations for the BSG model: consolidating software companies with their own identity, while respecting their operational autonomy while building a shared infrastructure of resources, technology, and knowledge.
