Business Software Group announces the acquisition of JPA Informática, a company specializing in management software for notaries in Spain. Founded in 1993, JPA serves more than 400 active clients with solutions like eGestion3 and NotaWord e3.

Ventura Gil points out that the incorporation of JPA «represents a strategic step to expand our software offering in specific niches with high added value».

This third acquisition in 2025 reinforces BSG's strategy to expand into key verticals in the legal and notary sector, with the ability to develop the most comprehensive platform on the Iberian market in this segment.
