BSG has acquired Damlong SRL, an Argentine company with more than 40 years of experience specializing in intellectual property management systems, through its subsidiary Grupo10.

The acquisition strengthens BSG's expansion in Latin America, incorporating approximately 300 customers to the group's portfolio.

Diogo Boto Galvão, BSG's Director of M&A noted that this transaction «symbolizes what BSG can offer» for companies in the sector: continuity, growth and access to new solutions from a sector leader.

The founders of Damlong emphasized that the partnership with BSG allows them to maintain the quality of service to their customers while accessing new capabilities and resources from an industry leader.
