BSG announces its eighth acquisition of 2025: Extra Software, an Spanish company with more than 35 years in the market specializing in ERP solutions and customized development services.

Extra Software serves more than 1,200 active customers in multiple sectors through its flagship product, Gextor ERP, which manages accounting, commercial management and online operations.

Ventura Gil, BSG President, points out that Extra Software is "a historical company with deep knowledge of the sector, a robust ERP system and a diversified client portfolio" which generates opportunities for cross-selling within the group structure.

The acquisition strengthens BSG's strategy of integrating established companies with specialized products and loyal customer bases in vertical markets with high potential for digitalization.
