This operation reinforces BSG's strategy of consolidating in high-value vertical markets, integrating companies with specialized products, loyal customers, and differentiated technologies. In this regard, Hotec stands out, which allows for the simple and intuitive management and automation of all functions of a hotel or hotel chain, such as reservations, billing, customer service, incident management, marketing and loyalty programs.
