Business Software Group expands its presence by acquiring Nueva Gestión Informática SL (NGI), a company based in Asturias specializing in business management software and solutions GMAO (Computer-Assisted Maintenance Management).

The acquisition creates a new division focused on GMAO solutions designed to help organizations manage asset maintenance and improve operational productivity.

«This new acquisition allows us to grow in northern Spain and expand our sectoral coverage», BSG stated. The combined entity operates from 7 national locations with approximately 200 professionals and more than 10,000 active customers.

NGI brings technical expertise to industrial sectors with high demand for maintenance and asset management solutions, complementing the Clavei portfolio of enterprise management software.
