The BSG Summit, held from November 26 to 28 in Madrid, marked a milestone in the organization’s history by bringing together more than 60 leaders, directors, and key teams from BSG in a space designed to share, reflect, collaborate, and develop innovative strategies that will drive the company’s growth and evolution in the coming years.
Over three days, participants engaged in collaborative sessions that strengthened organizational cohesion, defined innovative strategies, and explored new growth opportunities. The event featured plenary sessions, workshops, and expert presentations covering key areas such as finance, marketing, product development, support, and IT.

One of the key strengths of BSG lies in the synergies created among the companies within the group, generating ideas and projects that are greater than the sum of our teams. To foster these connections, we organized a Summit aimed at maximizing learning and collaboration.
This event began on November 26 with an exclusive session for 20 participants, accompanied by a coffee break and a finger food service available throughout the day, creating an ideal environment for idea exchange. During this session, we conducted interviews with the key leaders of our companies, with the goal of gaining deeper insights into their vision and objectives, allowing us to align team strategies with the organization’s overall goals.
These interviews not only helped us identify strengths and areas for improvement but also facilitated a clearer understanding of collective challenges. Additionally, they provided an opportunity to tailor leadership strategies to the specific needs of each team, strengthening internal dynamics and fostering more effective collaboration among all involved parties.

Presenting a new stage

Next, DIRCOM Javier Navarro unveiled BSG’s new corporate identity, along with its mission, vision, and strategic objectives for this new stage. Additionally, he presented the company’s new website, designed to reflect the essence of BSG and bring the entire team together in a renewed digital space. This visual transformation marks the beginning of a new chapter in the company’s history, aligning its image with its values and ambitions.
For the remainder of the day, attendees were organized into specialized areas to participate in sessions tailored to their specific roles. From 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, teams from sales, marketing, product development, support, IT systems, human resources, and finance engaged in high-value activities focused on addressing current challenges and exploring new opportunities for the future.

The Summit was not only a platform for learning and strategy but also a space to connect the people who form the heart of BSG. The dinner at Morris restaurant was one of the highlights of the second day.
In a sophisticated and exclusive setting, attendees enjoyed a welcome cocktail that led to an exquisite Special Gold Menu, carefully curated for the occasion. Later, participants continued the evening with music and the opportunity to enjoy a drink, fostering a relaxed and engaging networking atmosphere.
This event marks a new chapter in BSG’s journey. With a renewed identity, clear strategies, and a strengthened team, our future is filled with exciting possibilities.
