Clave informatics and Clavei CST are integrated into Clave International Holding in its jump to the national market for business management software solutions

The group has more than 60 expert professionals and 2,000 clients in the eastern area with the aim of extending activity to the entire national market.

Clave Informática and Clavei CST, specialists in management software for SMEs and industry, have been integrated into the new company Clave Internacional Holding as the first step in our expansion strategy towards the national market of the Clavei Group, reinforcing our capital and management team. The constitution of Clave International Holding involves the formation of a group with a team of more than 60 expert professionals, who currently have more than 2,000 clients from different sectors in the area of ​​the Valencian Community and Murcia, with a turnover of more than four million euros between both companies.

In this operation, Eloy Montaña has joined as a partner and Expansion Director. In recent years, he has held the position of Business Development Director at a leading digital business consultancy in Spain and Latin America. Additionally, he has been a professor in several master’s programs in Digital Marketing and Sales at different business schools.

Eloy Montaña stated that “there are many opportunities that this acquisition offers, and without a doubt, when it was proposed to me, I was certain that I wanted to be part of this project,” while also explaining that “CLAVEi has all the desirable requirements to lead this initiative: the timing, the project, and the people. In the medium term, CLAVEi focuses on continuous innovation in its business management software for production and sales, as well as the commercialization of Wolters Kluwer solutions in the areas of labor, tax, and accounting.
