
Sissi Soraiz

Sissi is part of BSG’s Operations team, where she serves as a Performance Manager. In her role, she is responsible for aligning strategic objectives with daily operations, ensuring effective execution that drives value creation and organizational growth.
Originally from Mexico, Sissi holds a degree in Economics from Universidad Iberoamericana and a master’s degree from the University of Amsterdam. She began her professional career in Mexico before moving to the Netherlands, where she has developed most of her career working with multinational companies on projects focused on improving operational efficiency and generating long-term value.
Before joining BSG, Sissi worked in the Strategy and Consulting division of Accenture in the Netherlands. In this role, she participated in projects for global companies, helping them identify challenges and design strategies focused on sustainable value creation. She collaborated closely with key functions such as supply chain operations, procurement, and finance.
Sissi also gained experience in a center of excellence at a global fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company, leading initiatives to optimize processes, share best practices, and improve productivity. Additionally, she developed procurement strategies, conducted “make-or-buy” decision analyses, and leveraged technology to streamline operations and reduce costs.
Alongside her professional career, Sissi is involved in a pro bono initiative with the Jane Goodall Institute, supporting a reforestation and habitat restoration project in Uganda.
With her combined experience in consulting and industry, Sissi brings a comprehensive perspective to BSG. Her ability to translate strategic objectives into concrete actions makes her a key asset to the Operations team, contributing to growth, profitability, and operational success.
