Vicente Ballester
Vicente Ballester Bernabé is currently the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and a partner at VVV Business Software Group (BSG). He is responsible for the economic and administrative integration of subsidiaries, as well as the implementation of planning and control procedures. Additionally, he designs the analytical accounting architecture for the group’s companies.
Among his many responsibilities, he is in charge of designing and integrating the analytical accounting framework within the group’s companies and managing financial planning for new investments.
At just 22 years old, Vicente began his entrepreneurial journey in 1985 by founding the company CLAVE INFORMÁTICA, SL – CLAVEi.
As CEO, Vicente stood out for his ability to anticipate market needs and adapt the company’s services to industry changes. One of his key achievements was implementing digitalization initiatives and leading organizational transformation to address technological challenges.
A fundamental aspect of his work is his focus on talent management and people development.
Throughout his 40+ year career, Vicente has shared his expertise across various technology, services, and training companies, holding executive roles and collaborating on multiple business projects. His notable experiences include roles at ABS – Access Basic Server SL (1995), Beep Sureste SL (1998), Pinea Grupo Tecnológico SL (2001), Cía. Mediterránea del Ocio SA (2012), and 1981 Drakkar Invictus SL (2013).
Vicente has a strong academic background and continuous training in leadership and finance. He holds a diploma in Labor Relations, a Master’s in Business Administration and Management, and a Master’s in Human Resources Management and Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP).
Between 2014 and 2020, Vicente served as an associate professor at the Faculty of Legal and Social Sciences at Miguel Hernández University (UMH) in Elche, where he developed a pedagogical approach based on change management and continuous innovation.
Both in his current role as CFO of BSG and in his extensive previous tenure as CEO of CLAVEi, Vicente Ballester Bernabé has distinguished himself through his strategic vision, commitment, operational efficiency, and dedication to talent development.
