It is the first acquisition of 2026.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Diogo Boto<\/strong>, Director of M&amp;A at BSG, points out that Winhotel owns\u00a0<em>\"state-of-the-art technology with high levels of integration with other systems in the hotel ecosystem\"<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Javier Canales<\/strong>, CEO of Winhotel, highlights BSG's alignment with its future strategy\u00a0<em>\"provided confidence from day one\"<\/em>.
