At Business Software Group (BSG), we celebrate our Summit together with all the companies in the group. The involvement of all participants, the quality of the presentations, and the team activities made this edition a rewarding and highly motivating experience.

Our 2025 Summit brought together several members of the companies that make up the group again for a day designed to learn, share, and strengthen the connection between teams. It was a special gathering, with presentations aimed at each department and practical content focused on improving our daily work.

During the day, attendees were able to delve deeper into key topics for their roles: new methodologies, useful tools, industry trends, and improvements in internal processes. Each department had sessions tailored to their challenges, allowing for maximum learning and the generation of very valuable conversations among colleagues.

Luis Pasamontes, former professional cyclist

One of the highlights of the Summit 2025 was the presentation by Luis Pasamontes, former professional cyclist and expert in leadership and motivation.

Luis shared experiences from his career in elite sports and connected them with our work dynamics: effort management, team coordination, and the mindset necessary to achieve great goals.

He spoke about the importance of perseverance even when circumstances are not favorable, how discipline and the right mindset can make a difference in times of pressure, and the importance of always keeping your eyes on the goal without losing sight of the path. He also emphasized the value of the team, recalling that "No achievement is truly individual" and that extraordinary results arise from support, communication, and mutual trust.

Working in a team in action: Escape Room with Acuilae

After the presentations, we began one of the most fun experiences of the day: an escape room created by Acuilae.

The dynamic tested our communication skills, our creativity, and most importantly, our ability to work as a team. We divided ourselves into groups and sat around the tables, each with their own mystery to solve: clues, rare objects, hidden messages, and a main puzzle that we could only decipher by working together.

A magical night with many awards

Another of the most special moments of the day was the awards ceremony, a highly anticipated and emotional recognition. BSG highlighted the work and commitment of several members of the group, highlighting their daily dedication and impact on the common projects.

In addition, each CEO of the different companies presented a prize to a member of their team, personally thanking them for the effort, perseverance, and attitude with which they contribute to the growth of the company. It was a moment full of pride and motivation that reinforced the importance of talent and commitment within the group.
