BSG strengthens its position in the market through its brand Key, acquiring Clave Computer Systems, a leading company in management software with more than 25 years of experience and deep knowledge of agri-food sector.

The acquisition includes twelve specialized professionals and solutions that serve more than 300 customers in agricultural production, food processing and distribution, complying with the specific regulatory requirements of the sector.

The operation expands Clavei's presence in southeastern Spain and enriches its portfolio of specialized ERP solutions for the agri-food sector, a strategic vertical with high demand for digitalization.

This acquisition reflects BSG’s strategy of growing through the acquisition of companies with leadership positions in their sectoral niches and high customer retention rates.
