BSG acquires Winhotel Solution, a Spanish company leader in PMS software for the hotel industry, founded in 1994 in Palma de Mallorca. It is the first acquisition of 2026.

Diogo Boto, Director of M&A at BSG, points out that Winhotel owns "state-of-the-art technology with high levels of integration with other systems in the hotel ecosystem".

Javier Canales, CEO of Winhotel, highlights BSG's alignment with its future strategy "provided confidence from day one". With BSG, Winhotel can accelerate the development of its platform Evolution PMS and expand into new markets.

With this acquisition, BSG consolidates its presence in the hospitality software segment, completing a vertical alongside Tec-Soft that serves boutique hotels, chains and rural establishments throughout Spain and Portugal.
