Business Software Group announces the acquisition of Solutions Adit3 S.L. through Key, a company specialized in the implementation of management solutions for companies.

The operation provides a history of more than 800 implementations of accounting software, More than 250 digitalizations of HR departments and more than 350 ERP implementations, This position the combined entity as a benchmark player in the sector.

The acquisition strengthens Clavei's territorial leadership and expands its geographic and sectoral coverage in the market for business management software for small and medium-sized businesses and professional offices.

This operation follows BSG’s strategy of scaling up its management software distribution platforms in Spain by incorporating distributors with a proven track record of successful deployments.
