BSG, through its platform Softwareise, announces the acquisition of Computer-3, strengthening its position as the national partner of reference Wolters Kluwer in business management solutions.

With this addition, Softwariza3 expands its team to more than 70 professionals serving more than 2,000 customers in 5 locations geographic.

Eloy Montaña, The General Director of Softwariza3 SLU stated: «This new acquisition strengthens our expansion plan in the northeast of Spain», consolidating the group's territorial presence in that region.

The operation is part of BSG’s strategy to scale its management software distribution platforms in the Spanish market through strategic acquisitions in key regional markets.
